hello!

My name is Nancy,

a detail-oriented and creative individual striving to leverage skills in artist development, touring, and fan engagement. With a unique eye for emerging talent, I am passionate about building communities and meaningful connections in music through A&R and strategic collaborations.

My relationship with music began in childhood—sitting next to mom as she practiced for choir, and listening to dad's Black Eyed Peas CDs on repeat in the car. Moving to the US at age 11, my early exposure to Chinese and Korean music profoundly shaped my music taste as I adapted to a new culture. From 2010s Kpop to the 88rising albums, I latch onto nostalgia and continue seeking it in both familiar and new sounds.

  • lydia ganada & xeanne @ tasa night market

    Booked headlining artists to perform at the annual TASA Night Market, the largest Asian student body event on campus, for the first time in its history.

  • K-Play! Fest JUNNY project

    Compiled over 20 videos and fan messages to a fan video played at the end of the performance. Designed banner and passed out over 500 to all attendees.

  • Artist Playlist Collaboration

    Spearheaded artist research, outreach, content marketing and graphic design for each playlist. Allowed artists to connect deeper with their fans by sharing their current rotation, garnering over 20K views.
